We view our investment strategy like we would a new construction project. Our staff is the architect in this view; drafting plans, then coordinating the effort with laborers and builders to see through its completion.  Design, Build, Maintain. That is what we do.

Our story begins with our founder, Jon Flynn—born and raised in our Commonwealth. After spending years working in financial markets, Jon was astonished by the unwillingness of large firms to work with Main Street America. This left the people who mattered to him most, his friends, family and community, with nowhere to go for quality, personalized financial planning. Goals like having a worry-free retirement, or putting a child through college, need professional counsel if they are to be realized. Flynn Financial provides local people with access to all the same resources and knowledge that the large firms use, but still keeping that old-fashioned, face-to face feeling we value in Pennsylvania.

Flynn Financial has also gained a reputation among the retired community here, utilizing conservative investment strategies to help our retired clients ensure that their money outlasts their expenses.

We have made it our policy to strive to provide long-term security and growth in the portfolios we manage while avoiding the shortcuts and pitfalls of more volatile, short-term investments. And since we know and respect the local economy that we serve, we make sure our prices are a reflection of this.
